Service / 03 — SEO

Search,engineerednot guessed.

SEO that a business owner can understand: a clear list of what is wrong, what we are changing, and what moved. No jargon, no secret sauce, no twelve-month contract you cannot get out of.

Position

Rankings are a result, not a strategy.

Google ranks pages that answer a question better than the alternatives, load quickly, and come from a business it trusts. Everything we do serves one of those three. Anything that does not, we do not bother with.

03 / Included

What’s
included.

Scoped in writing before we start. Nothing here is an optional extra that appears on the invoice later.

What your customers type, what they mean by it, and which pages should answer each query.
Site structure
Pages, internal links and navigation planned so every important service has a page Google can rank.
Content
Service pages and articles written to answer real questions, in your voice, with the depth Google now expects.
Structured data
Organisation, service, article, FAQ and breadcrumb schema so search engines understand the site without guessing.
AI search visibility

Measurement
Search Console, GA4 and rank tracking set up properly, reported monthly in plain English.
How we work

How we
approach it.

  1. Principle 01

    Fix the foundations first

A slow, poorly structured site caps what content can achieve. Technical work comes first because it makes everything after it work harder.

  2. Principle 02

    One page per intent

A page that tries to rank for everything ranks for nothing. We give each service and each real question its own page, and link them properly.

  3. Principle 03

    Write for the reader

Google has spent a decade getting better at recognising useful content. Keyword stuffing does not work. Expertise does.

  4. Principle 04

    Measure what matters

Enquiries, calls and revenue, not just positions. Rankings that do not turn into customers are decoration.

Is it time?

Sounds
familiar?

  • You are invisible for your own services
  • Traffic has dropped and nobody can say why
  • An agency sends reports you cannot understand
  • You have pages but they never rank
  • Competitors outrank you with worse websites
  • You want to be cited by AI search, not just Google
  • Let’s talk about it
Questions

Questions
we get asked.

How long does SEO take?

Technical fixes and Google Business Profile improvements can show movement within weeks. Content-led growth typically takes three to six months to become visible and six to twelve to compound. Anyone promising page one in a fortnight is selling something else.

How much does SEO cost?

A one-off technical audit and fix starts around £1,200. Ongoing work for a local business is typically £500 to £1,500 a month, depending on how competitive the area is and how much content is needed. We agree scope in writing and there is no minimum term.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No, and nobody honest does. Google decides rankings. What we guarantee is that the work is done properly, explained clearly and measured against enquiries rather than vanity metrics.

Can you do SEO on a site you did not build?

Yes. Many SEO clients come to us with an existing site. We audit it, fix what we can, and tell you plainly if the platform itself is the limiting factor.

What about AI search?

AI overviews and answer engines pull from the same well-structured, authoritative content that ranks in classic search. We structure articles so that individual sections answer specific questions, add schema, and keep claims specific and sourced. That is what gets cited.
